I would give them zero stars if I could.
Before buying my Groupon, I googled to see if I was within the 25 mile radius they wanted (to avoid an additional fee). I was 21 miles away. Great! However, upon calling the company, they said I was 40 miles away. I double checked. Nope, that didn't make sense. Then I asked what route...it was taking them a ridiculous route to get to my house, VERY out of the way, I would never take that. I told the man that there was a much faster route and explained his was way out of the way, and they said too bad. I was very frustrated and cancelled my Groupon. He was very unapologetic and in my opinion, stupid, for not understanding that he can go much faster on a different freeway.
Update to his response since I can't seem to comment: I looked up all the routes during rush hour just now. So the worst time of day. Still between 24-30 miles and not the insane route he mentioned less than an hour prior. I have a pic to prove the 3 fastest routes and that's even with construction noted on them!!!
