  • Went in last night at 8pm looking for some plexiglass to put up to keep mice off my patio . I found a huge piece that was perfect- if cut in half. It didn't fit in their cutter (too big) so the night manager (Ruth) Got on the floor and spent 20 min scoring and cutting it for me. She went thru two blades! I've never had such service- and caring as she and one other guy helping her showed me. Home Depot? Not nearly as likely to get service like this! I like them both/ but Lowes pulled way ahead for their help and organized aisles. You have a customer for life Lowes! And Ruth? You're an A 1 employee!!!
