  • My daughter brought her car to this location for an oil change. I had my own car done there with no issue before, but it was not enough to make up for the rotten treatment she received. She was told that the drain threads were galled, and that the pan would need to be replaced. There was no issue with the drain prior to this oil change, and that sort of thing doesn't all of a sudden happen unless you were at fault. They wanted over $400 to replace $75 dollars worth of parts. I am certain that she was treated this way due to being a young woman, but she would not have any of it. Needless to say, I will never take any of my vehicles to this or any Brakes Plus location, and I will be certain to steer others clear of it as well.
