  • Recently, I went to the doctor with a double eye infection. I never have prescriptions filled, so I do not have a designated pharmacy. I chose this location as my pick up spot because it is close to my house. I will NEVER come back here again. I was waited on by all 3 girls behind the counter. All of them telling me they need my prescription insurance then they would leave me for 10 minutes each. I told them I have never heard of prescription insurance & tried handing them my medical insurance. Instead of receiving help or explanation Maria sarcastically talked to me like I was a child saying, "there is a difference between medical insurance, prescription insurance, eye insurance, and dental insurance." I was almost in tears because I felt so stupid. FINALLY, I was told that I must not have prescription insurance if I am on a good medical plan. WHAT? AFTER YOU ALREADY MADE ME FEEL HORRIBLE? I waited 30 minutes and almost in tears just to receive eye drops that were $17. I now see why they have such poor ratings.
