The Cleveland Cavaliers are the city of Cleveland's Professional NBA Basketball Team. The Franchise is a little over 40 years old, and has never won an NBA Title.
However, the team did make its first NBA Finals appearance in 2007, and has an Eastern Conference Championship and a few Central Division Championship Banners hanging from the rafters of Quicken Loans Arena.
Also, the Cavs are the primary tenants of 1 Center Court, along with secondary sports tenants which include: The Lake Erie Monsters AHL Hockey Team, and The Cleveland Gladiators Arena League Football Team--all currently owned by Businessman Dan Gilbert.
Since Lebron James made his "Decision" to leave the team a few seasons ago, the Cavs went from having a playoff caliber team--to being a franchise in a rebuilding mode.
With the addition of Kyrie Irving (the #1 Overall Pick in the last NBA Draft) and their #4 Pick Tristan Thompson, the Franchise is slowly improving.
