  • This place is a hot mess. The selection was DISMAL...I was looking for simple black plastic frames and couldn't find anything I liked. The store itself is super cluttered and disorganized. I wish I would have stopped by before making my exam appointment because I NEVER would have booked it. They told me they were running 15 minutes behind because of a 'computer problem', but I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. Once I finally got into the exam room I wanted to leave because it was smaller than my closet (no exaggeration). The optometrist was nice, but the equipment was dirty and old. I've been wearing glasses/contacts for 25+ years and this is by far the worst experience I've had...Wal Mart's optical department was better! The optometrist wrote my prescriptions for me and I ran out the door. I ended up purchasing a pair of glasses from Lenscrafters, but Eyetique had taken it upon themselves to run my insurance like I was buying glasses there, so Lenscrafters had to call them and ask them to remove the hold before I could use my insurance elsewhere. DON'T GO THERE!!!
