  • Never going back to this place!!!! I've been going because it's the closest to me but I've had a bad experience every time but last week was the last. First of all they're rule about having to use the ATM to leave tips is completely stupid, they just want that extra profit from the fees of the machine. Second, I'm picky with my full sets so I would always explain how I want my nails and they would completely ignore me and continue. I'm paying for the service so I should expect to get great service and kind nail techs, but NOOOO. One day after I chose my color the guy at the front with the crappy tattoos started painting my nails, the color looked completely different from the samples so I told him I wanted to pick a different color since I didn't like it, omg he looked at me with the most annoyed face, he got up and pretty much threw the color at the reception desk and told me to get up and choose another. Another time that I went for a full set some other older man (don't know names) was going to do them, I sat down at the desk and he had a towel full of someone else's chipped nails, they were so dirty, it was disgusting. He didn't even try to clean out his area before starting on mine; I had to tell him to clean that. I said, " can you clean that? That is so dirty" he looked at me like I was stupid. Overall this place is the worst and sooner or later they will loose they're clients due to bad service and bad hygiene!!!!
