| - We ordered a bus to transport our wedding party and were extremely disappointed. We specifically requested a bus with a bathroom and no stripper poles. We got a bus with stripper poles and a bathroom whose door had been literally nailed shut, because the driver said it "takes too much prep work" to allow customers to use the bathroom. (In other words, he didn't want to deal with cleaning it.) I had specifically gone to the company's physical address the day before my wedding to ensure everything was in order, but they refused to allow me to see the bus in advance "because the drivers take the keys home with them." When we complained to the staff about the fact that there was no bathroom they blamed the "miscommunication" on an employee that "no longer works here" and told us to just "ask the driver to make extra stops." Because we were forced to make extra stops, we were late to our own wedding and lost all the lighting for the sunset photography session we had paid extra to book.
Beyond those "miscommunications," the bus itself was falling apart - again, literally. The back of one of the seat banks was not secure and whenever the bus made a left hand turn it fell forward, pushing the guests off the seats and causing items on the window ledges to fall irretrievably down behind the seat bank. After making another turn, the bottom cushion of another seat slid completely off, dropping two guests onto the ground and causing minor injury to one of their legs as it was crushed by their weight/the weight of the seat on the floor.
After we arrived at our final destination (again late, due to extra stopping), once everyone was off the bus the driver immediately left without allowing us to gather our belongings off of the bus (because he had chosen to park illegally, rather than plan ahead). This included my bride's wallet and the several hundred dollars of drinks we had purchased for the evening. While the wallet was eventually returned to us by the driver (probably because he didn't want to go to jail), we never recovered anything else from the company.
I would absolutely not recommend that anyone use this company or their services for any reason.
And by the way, the "employee who no longer works here" we spoke with to reserve the bus was named Melini, whom other reviews cite as being one of the owners of the company. Even if that's just a coincidence, the fact that were WAS a bathroom on the bus which we were physically prevented from using is an employee issue, not a miscommunication. Terrible company and terrible customer service.
