  • I normally don't go to Pep Boys, choosing my dealership over them. On this occasion, we had to go back to them since we were having a problem with a part that was purchased from them. We were set to go out of town for work and did not have the option of waiting 2 or 3 days for the replacement part to come in. Having heard our situation, Cameron, the General Manager, and TJ, the technician, sprang into action and got us taken care of in a timely manner. They truly went above and beyond for us in a real time of need. If you ever need anything, I recommend coming to these gentlemen. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Certainly earned my business! Thanks again guys!
