If I could give this have negative 5 stars I would. I originally signed up for their monthly plan for the wow works on 9/24. They prorate you, which is a good thing. So my first charge was only $6.76 for the remainder of September. I was charged for October for the 28.99, but in the 21st why in decided to cancel my subscription. Obviously the guy dish know what he was doing it took over 30 minutes to cancel my account and he had to use their book to do it. Ok fine they are a new business. But in doing so the guy ended up charging me again for 8.71, I noticed this a few days later. I went in spoke to the manager in duty who says that he can't do anything the GM had to take care of it and he will pass my inspection off to the the next day. Well 3 weeks till by and between work and my mom in and out the hospital I hadn't had a chance to call in.
Went in last night spoke to Josh who informed me they have a new GM, Norma. I show Josh where it took it out of my checking account. He says Norma will be able to take care of it she will call me in the morning.
Well who calls me today? Josh, I hear Norma in the background telling him what to say. Instead of speaking to me herself. We then go over how I can't come in during the day because I work. Because Norma wants me to make my 3rd trip there to show them where ur was debited from my account. I hear her saying that it should be credited to my account. I work with numbers and refunds I know the difference between a credit and a debit.
It's not like I live near by I'm a good 10 minutes away from this place. it just frustrates me because they should see on their end how they took money from me again.
