  • The apartments are....okay. Nothing special. Older and often scratched up appliances. However, they are very deceptive about their rental rates when advertising. They are pretty high pressure, trying to justify a 13% monthly price increase between if I rent it today or in a weekly. The rates they offer once they get you into the office are about 20% higher than they advertise, and about 20% higher than what is market for the quality and condition of the apartments, the amenities, and the location.
