  • When buying a car, I am very involved in all the details, double check calculations and ask a lot of questions. I found that they were all very honest and patient people. I see that they thrive on repeat business and referrals. They sell nice quality vehicles at a reasonable price. Todd was our sales guy and he was very accommodating to our many requests. Helen was very knowleagable in what she does and knew how to handle our request to register the vehice out of state since we are a military family stationed outside of our hometown. I was worried about how to explain this to them and if they would be able to fullfil our request and she knew exactly how to handle. The owner (forget his name), he was also pleasant to speak to and work a deal with our trade. I honestly was a little hesistant after reading a recent review in which someone claims to have bought a car that broke down on them. I addressed this with the owner and he didnt try to skirt the issue but tried explaining that he personally drove the vehicle and none of what was written was an issue when they had the vehice and if that person would have contacted them, they would have done whatever they could to help out that person and began to explain that they build their business on keeping their customer happy and selling quality reliable vehicles. He seemed sincere about it. One thing people have to realize, when you buy a used car, it is USED and USED cars do break down. They can not forsee the future of what mechanical problems that may come up. Its one thing if there is an issue that they should have noticed in their inspection but another if its something that comes up afterward. That's unfortunantly the risk of buying a used car. Anyway, if you are looking to buy a nice looking used luxury car and want pleasant people to deal with, this is the place to go.
