I took my car to get serviced here a couple of times and have never had that great of an experience. The employees didn't proactively greet or even acknowledge that I was there, so I always had to interrupt their conversations with each to get any sort of customer service.
The employees I interacted with seemed to be the typical sorta-slimy salesman that always tried to upsell you and tell you NEEDED a slew of things done that they charge up the wazoo for (i.e., changing the cabin filter, etc.). I was amused that all the desks had the employee's family portrait pointing out towards the customer to try to hide the fact that they're being sorta-slimy salesmen...at least tilt it towards yourselves a bit so it isn't so obvious what psychological tactic you're trying to pull...
Sigh. Will not be coming back.
