  • Steve from Carpet M.D. was honest, straight forward, and worked his butt off to get the work done right. We had a couple companies come out to give us price quotes to clean our air ducts and air handler and they would give us low ball quotes over the phone to get in the door but when they actually came out suddenly the price got a lot more expensive with all the additional things we needed. I hate that approach to business so we kept looking and finally found Steve and Carpet M.D. Not only was he straight forward and honest but he explained everything he was going to do, why he was doing it, and then provided before and after pictures. We were blown away by his approach and professionalism. I would have paid more for the work he and his team did! Amazing customer service and they did an amazing job! Best of all they beat all the other companies prices. I highly recommend Carpet M.D.
