  • When a girl knocked on my door asking for a sample of my water to be tested I was told this service was used by the City to ensure our water was safe. 3 weeks later I was contacted by the company saying they would deliver the results in person. The man came to my home at 7:30pm to deliver the results. It turns out he was actually a salesman and the company wanted to sell us a water softener. They were not used by the City to test our water. Furthermore, the salesman was rude. He made inappropriate religious jokes and women in the kitchen jokes. The whole time I am in the process of cooking dinner. He asked to soak a bath towel in water to show us something and when I refused to give him one he told it was all disclosed to me when they took the sample. I explained it was not and said since my family was about to sit down and eat he would need to leave. He said he didn't mind if we eat while he talks. I finally got him to leave but his attitude was very poor and he was clearly upset that he couldn't make a sale. Really disappointed in the way the company handles their business.
