  • I recently had permanent eyeliner applied by Kimberly at Regency. I was a little nervous, because I had tried it once before and I was too uncomfortable. Immediately, Kim put me at ease, she explained exactly what she was going to do. She showed me some pictures of other clients, and asked me about the results that I was hoping for so that she could personally design my eyeliner. I am more sensitive than 99% of Kim's clients, so she tried several different topical numbing agents until we found one that worked for me. After the first application, I had no problems at all, and my eyeliner was beautiful. I went back for the second application, and now my eyeliner absolutely perfect. Kimberly is a perfectionist, she takes her time and gets it right. Plus, just being with her is a pleasure! I always have perfect eyeliner now first thing in the morning, even if I sweat, cry, go swimming. I love it!
