  • Horrible customer service and today was the last straw. I've spent a small fortune at this place and have always been on time and kept my appointments. After waiting 8 WEEKS for an appointment I got one today. Mind you, every single time I have been there I wait to see the Doc. One time was a 1/2 hour. While I didn't love waiting, I get it. Happens for human docs too! Anyway, I call at 9:07 as I sat in traffic on Desert Inn while a 4 car accident wqas getting cleaned up and people put in ambulances. I get there at 9:15 AND THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT! Nobody else in the waiting room! We got into a discussion which escalated into an argument. I will never step foot into this place again. Filled with rude, condescending, passive aggressive people. Hope my dog can get the meds he needs. They denied my pet medication because I was 15 minutes late. Shame on them and shame on anyone who goes here.
