  • DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. The one star is for the salesman, Brian, who was very knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and patient. After the purchase, things went down hill. Once they have your money (or at least half of it), you are out of luck. Half the money was the big issue. They seem to be hell-bent on getting the rest of their money or, you can forget getting your furniture delivered when scheduled. We paid half up front (who in their right mind is going to shell out over a thousand dollars then, not follow through with their purchase). An even bigger issue is they LIE. I can deal with a lot of things but, lying is not one of them. If a business will lie to you...beware. What else have they lied about? I received a call early the morning of delivery with a voice mail stating that if the balance of my purchase was not paid by 10am, they could not deliver the furniture. My wife calls in and makes a payment over the phone then, the lady proceeded to inform her that there was no one to process the payment (whatever that means) until 11am. How nice that they make it impossible to keep our furniture delivery on schedule since the payment cannot be processed until 11 but, nothing can be scheduled after 10am (even though we were told that if we pay by 10, all was good) - Lie #1. After fighting with customer service, I went up to the store in person around 9:30 and spoke with the floor manager who, by the way, was there even though the customer service woman told me he wouldn't be in until 11- Lie #2. After getting nowhere with the floor manager, I asked who I could speak to above him. He said the owner is at the other location and that I could call and have him paged. After leaving, I called and got the same customer service woman who proceeded to tell me the owner does not accept calls from customers. Wow - Lie #3. If the owner of the business doesn't want to be bothered by customers, I guess he doesn't need our money. Oh yeah, they have that covered too. Once they have your money, you CANNOT get a refund without an exorbitant restocking fee of 15%. We found this out when my wife tried to get our money back after all the trouble and lies. They said that they would gladly refund our money after deducting the 15% fee. How can they get away with this? Especially when there is nothing to restock. They never un-stocked our purchase. It was in the warehouse the day we bought it according to our salesman. It never left the warehouse so, how are they having to restock it? Shop for furniture somewhere else....even if you have to pay a little more.
