  • The low reviews of this company are accurate. I live in a older part of Phoenix where the transmission lines are getting old. When it rains, my internet and telephone go out and stay out until the transmission lines dry out. I was told by the tech that these lines have to be replaced by a different crew and that he would escalate. After 2 years of different techs saying the same thing and nothing ever done, i cancelled the service. Sad part is Cox prices are becoming outrageous. No where to turn in this monopoly environment.
