  • The staff were smart and helpful and the blinds are good enough for the price tag. The reason this is two stars is that it took us 4 trips to the same store to order and pick up the blinds because the store is terribly understaffed so EVERY trip to the store was a 20-30 minute long visit - a few times we just got frustrated and left. Another time I tried to call in our order and couldn't get a person to answer the phone (because I'm sure they were busy). This could be 5 stars easily if they hire a few more great people.
