  • I just want to say, first off, that it takes a lot for me to be moved enough to get on Yelp. My friend and I walked directly to the drum department. The whole time we were there, nobody greeted us or said anything to us, except for when we left. Secondly, as a passionate drummer, I am very displeased with the electric kit set up. On almost every kit, the snare drum is loose and cannot be tightened. I tried tightening it but the snare drums would only gradually turn sideways, or drop. Not only that, but the kits seemed terribly maintained and dirty...the acoustic drum kits that they have for display look limited and boring. it just bothers me, because if I worked for Sam Ash, I would put my heart into it. My passion for drumming would reflect into well assembled kits, and attentiveness towards all guests. The very thing that was lacking in today's first visit. I was not impressed by this day
