  • I rented from SGI from 6/2012 to 1/2014. This was the absolute best renting experience I had. They were great and timely from the first time I saw the property till the time I moved out. This is the first time I had rented in a long time being a home owner. They were responsive to my request, I only had one. I'm pretty handy so unlike others, I don't need them to send someone out for every little thing that goes wrong. McKenna always returned my calls and/or emails within a 24 hour period and was always very helpful and nice. They were great with the move out and very accommodating after I gave my notice and had to extend another eight days. I moved back to my property, but if I had to rent again, I would definitely use SGI. GREAT JOB, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Tonjah
