  • I'd say outright that Dillard's isn't really known for their customer service but in the men's department at fashion show is where things are quiet different... in a good way. I always come to the men's department when they have that huge mid february/march sale and I always run into the same friendly helpful sales lady. She never fails to do her job and has always given me the best customer service of any department I've ever shopped at in Dillard's. I'm really glad I bumped into her this time because I had questions and needed help finding slacks for my hubby. I was able to score a great deal on 3 dress shirts and 3 slacks for under $84 tax not included which is a pretty good deal for name brand items. Overall if your in the area and need to go shopping for your man I highly recommend coming to this Dillard's. Good Job guys!
