  • Horrible customer service. Receptionist is very rude to customers and the manager is even more of a prick. You would think that with so many plumbing companies in the Las Vegas area they would at least try to be nice to prospective customers. Scott, I understand your policy and would have been okay with it had you guys not talked to me as if I was a 5 year old kid. I think you're missing the point that this was about customer service, not your policy.
