  • took me months to find a place to go to since moving to cleveland from columbus. after my experience getting my hair done by Sarah, i honestly don't think i will ever go anywhere else to get my hair done. i had called to make an appointment and unfortunately on my only day off there were no openings. Sarah was more than happy to work me into her schedule for the following day so that i was still able to get to work on time. she had to double book me with one of her clients but it was done so smoothly and did not feel the least bit rushed. she was extremely thorough and did all she could to care for my hair including a conditioning treatment to help keep my hair strong after processing. pricing was amazing especially for the quality and care i was given. definitely blows every other salon i've ever been to out of the water. they are some of the most genuine and down to earth hair dressers with amazing talent. i am more than ecstatic with how my hair turned out and feels now.
