  • When we arrived last night, I immediately noticed the beautiful interior of this place. With the rustic charm of the decor, this place has a cozy and lush ambience. We were seated outside on the beautiful patio. This place has a prime time location if you are looking to see a movie at Red Rock or go to the casino afterwards. The service throughout the night was 5 stars. My server was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure we were satisfied. Now to the food. We ordered the buffalo chicken wings happy hour deal, which were buttery and well coated. We also got the Wood Roasted Octopus which I really enjoyed. There is a smoky flavor to the octopus, so only get this if you like that charbroiled taste. The Tuna Tartare was nice as well with the accent of the apples and hazelnuts. For the main entrees, we shared the Lobster Roll, the Catch of the Day Halibut, Truffle Chicken Pizza, Truffle Pasta, and Lamb. My two favorites were the Lobster Roll and the Lamb. The lobster roll was well toasted and buttery against the cold lobster salad medley inside. The lamb was super delicious and had that gamey fresh lamb flavor that I love. It came with two big portions of lamb rack over buttery mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, and what tasted like a red wine reduction. I personally did not try the Halibut, but someone in my group did not enjoy it too much because of the "fishiness" of it. I personally love truffle anything in general, but I was let down some by both the truffle chicken pizza and the truffle pasta. The pizza was on the drier side and needed something extra, and I also could barely taste any truffle on it. The truffle pasta was better since I could clearly taste the truffle, but the sauce was on the clumpier and heavy side. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the sauce was a bit smoother. For dessert, we got the Glazed Donut Bread Pudding. I loved the bread pudding part of this dessert along with the ice cream. It was dense and moist and not too sweet. I only wish they accented this dish with a flavor combo other than cherries. I think caramel, white chocolate, or even blueberries would have been better. All in all, I had a really good time. I would definitely come back to try other dishes.
