  • Outstanding customer service!! I was having leaking issues with my kitchen faucet a called late Friday evening, thinking I would get voicemail, and Tom picked up right away. "I'll have Jerry over between 8 and 8:30." Jerry was actually early! Sweet!! Jerry was great. He gave me his honest assessment and, instead of trying to up-sell me, he suggested I go out and buy a new faucet myself and he'd install it. A couple of hours later, he was back as promised and did a great job. He was very pleasant, patiently answering any questions I had. He even took care of a couple of problems underneath my sink I didn't even know I had! Sav-On has a new loyal customer!!
