| - I saw the mostly positive reviews so I thought we could give it a try. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but it just didn't meet expectations. I liked that they offer you the ability to specify strictly egg whites for no extra charge, but both my omelet and hash browns were dry and, in spite of the many ingredients you can add to the omelet, surprisingly bland. (I will name our first born Cholula.) The service was very friendly but highly inattentive. The meal included pancakes which I had to remind the waiter to bring, and then when he finally did, he forgot to bring the butter and syrup. These are not things to pistol whip people over, but the restaurant wasn't even very busy. In fairness, the pancakes were good, and they are supposedly known for their signature biscuits and gravy, of which we did not partake. I also like to eat in a somewhat quiet setting where I don't have to raise my voice to have a discussion. I'm not sure if it was just room acoustics or the many TVs on the wall, or the adult contemporary music ... or the loud patrons, but this is NOT a place to go if you desire a quiet breakfast. In my opinion, there are better breakfast eats elsewhere.
