  • I would NOT recommend coming here, go to their downtown location instead. HORRIBLE service, I booked a consultation which wasn't necessary at all, they offered no advice so I simply came in just to book my actual appointment. On the day of my appointment, they CANCELLED on me after delaying already since the tattoo artist was running late. I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance and when I got there at 6:30pm they made me wait AN HOUR before letting me know that my artist would not get to me. I promptly voiced my dissatisfaction and they refunded me my $90 deposit. Just because this location has built a reputation for themselves, they think their time is more valuable than their client's. TLDR; I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance, they cancelled on me cuz the artist was running late. Got my deposit refunded and going elsewhere. You should too.
