  • Nothing much, just got charged for $50 cleaning fee and asked to pay for the chair replacement after someone reported after me that the car smell weird 2 months ago. I sent emails and calls to ask for proof, evidents but zipcar got nothing to show that it's my fault, just charged. Sit in front of the computer and wait for reporters that's what they call "investigate". The one who got reported pay for everything no matter what. Such a big scam. Me and my friends deactivated.
