  • I live on 21st st in the Southside and the Library is definitely my favorite bar to go watch a game and grab some cheap beers/food. The best thing about the Library is they have an every day Happy Hour. From 9-1 they have 1/2 of drafts (ALL craft beers on a rotating schedule which I greatly appreciate). From 10-1 they have 1/2 off small plates and usually another special like $1.00 tacos on Monday Night. The service is always great, the food comes out quick and is delicious and the beer selection is top notch! I highly recommend coming here during the week, or even on the weekend. The crowd is usually a mix of college students or young professionals, but never is this place a bar that is over packed with annoying college kids.
