Absolutely terrible service!!! I was under the impression that a company with this many 5 star reviews will have at least a decent customer service!
Sent first inquiry email over 2 weeks ago and after multiple follow up emails and calls they finally got back to me and told me they could book an appointment on the 26th which is 3 weeks ahead. No problems there. I sent them asking what time and what do I need to bring, and again after many follow up emails with no response they finally replied: "we are so sorry! We are completely at capacity for the rest of the month"!! Are you kidding me???
I always believe that the best way to test a service is when it's rush time and this company has failed miserably!
