  • Absolutely the worst service in the city. I was in the market for a car and was working with Louis since May, after hearing my situation he PROMISED me he could made everything work with my budget we just needed to find the right car, days would go by with him sending me text messages "bear with me I'm caught up" or "i will call you in an hour" days later i still heard nothing and when i called to check up on the deal the first time he said he had bad news and we couldn't get the payments right unless i want a lease. Now, I never wanted a lease i wanted to purchase. Fast forward to the week before the fourth of july and he finally comes up with a LEASE deal thats apparently "the best deal available" and the car was on it way over the next day. I asked him to send me some pictures and to tell me a little bit more about the car and what the deal was going to look like and again sent me a text saying "bear with me" and i have not heard from him since that day. This morning he calls me at 9:45 AM on a saturday morning after i worked a 12 hour shift until 6 this morning. I didn't answer because i was so frustrated. So what made him check up on me three weeks later out of no where? Im not sure. then he sends me an email stating that i was the one who was supposed to come in and its my fault that the communication was not there. I would NEVER purchase a car here and when i am in the market to actually finance and not lease like i was in the beginning i will take my business else where. I decided i was so frustrated with this situation that i am going to wait. Clearly, i was not being taken seriously and they did not want my business because now they won't be getting any from me or my friends and family.
