  • Very impressed with the service department. Chris greeted me at my car and was so polite to me. I let him know that I usually get my car serviced at Firestone and he apparently decided to try and win my business. He walked me through all the services I might need and asked before just going ahead with them. The waiting area was great for my two preschoolers. It has a large table for snacks and activities. They also have a beverage bar with a coffee maker and soda machine. I was in and out for an oil change in about 75 minutes. I will be happy to come back.
