Terrible terrible terrible. Went in January to tan for a month, only wanted a month. Explained this to the girl who signed me up and she said that wouldn't be an issues and it would cancel on its own and she noted my account. Fast forward to April 25th and I check my credit cards and have been charged the last 3 months even though I haven't been there once in that time. I call up to resolve it and they tell me there's nothing they can do I signed a contract and I was pretty much shit out of luck, even though one of their employees told me something else. Not willing to work with me on anything and still forced me to send a email to cancel my membership lol. Maybe as a courtesy to your customers that haven't been there in months you could give them some kind of notice or reminder instead of being the thieving business that you are.
