Nice rooms and respite from the noisy casino hotels. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. From the valet to baggage check to the registration staff, our welcome to the hotel was very poor. There was almost no signage guiding people from valet to hotel registration. The valet staff didn't even bother pointing us in the right direction. When we finally found the registration desk, I mentioned this issue to a few staff members in the registration area and not one even acknowledged my concern and feedback. This lackadaisical and aloof attitude continued throughout our stay. It's too bad, since the property and rooms are very nice. Not sure I will return given the poor service.
