A while back I had a pre-made sandwich here. Tuna on raisin toast. Hey, whatever I will give it a shot? Pretty darn good! So good I have come back just for it. On my most recent visit I did not see one for sale and settled on a turkey on whole grain. $5.99. Ugh. It was the most depressing item of food I can recall ever eating. To call it bland is an insult to bland foods. The bread was like cardboard (sorry to people that like to eat cardboard) and the lettuce and tomato looked at least a day old. After eating this sandwich I lost most of my faith in food of any kind. After reading reviews here perhaps I should have just walked around for free samples. I must admit the store is clean and they do have friendly employees if not the most dismal sandwich on Earth.
