I did pay you beforehand because it comes auto pay. Your first treatment was fine. However you did not follow up 2 weeks later and so the ticks are still there and my dog ended up getting tick fever and hospitalized. You were suppose to come out again and the tech didn't have the right spray on him so he only did reg bug spray. So again you were not prepared. Your tech showed up when I was not there a couple days later after I told a rep the hours I'm home. So after my last attempt I called and you guys were suppose to show up I waited for hours and again NO CALL NO SHOW. So when I called to cancel my service the "manager" didn't even apologize and said he can't "magically" make things right but he will just cancel my service and credit me my money back. Well how bout an apology and a reason why your company cannot get it together? And I only received one credit. I want them all . So let me now how I can do that. Thank you.
