  • Finding a store that knows the difference between "barbecuing" and "grilling" is hard enough, but finding one that can talk intelligently about both is a rare find indeed. BBQ Island is one of those stores. Customer service can be occasionally spotty, but usually the staff is very helpful and friendly and always knowledgeable. They have a wide range of products, most of which you can normally only find online. An especially good resource for wood pellets. Overall, a great store and good people.
