  • DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is the worst & the employees don't give ANY u-know-whats about ANY of your Hertz issues AT ALL!!!!. I have been here several times because I have discounts but from now on, I will be paying extra money to use the airport location (which is good) or Enterprise. Willie & his staff DO NOT care about any of your Hertz problems AT ALL especially Willie himself and the Samoan man that's at the front with him. I have had SO MANY problems with them, their dirty cars, cigarette smelling cars, un-maintained cars(why was the check engine light on when they gave me my car?) , the line will be LONG and the one person at the counter will continue to move like a turtle, they're so careless and nonchalant when you tell them about an issue, etc. it is just a bad experience every time I go there. I don't expect "Ritz Carlton" service but I expect DECENT customer service and I have gotten that only ONCE and I don't think that gentleman even works there anymore; & that's probably good for him because I'm sure he can find a better occupation or maybe they moved him to the airport location. I have no clue how this place has not shut down yet because their cars are terrible, the employees are not nice and won't even say "Hi." They just say "next" without smiling and proceed with getting your information to get your rental car. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
