  • I just completed my second visit here and I could not be more impressed. The office is very well run. Appointment phone reminders are clear without requiring an unnecessary call back to confirm. Both times I have been seen on time so no wait. Alex is a great receptionist who is very polite and friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Melissa was my tech this time. On both occasions, the techs explained the procedure clearly and fully so that I knew what to expect. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and gave an honest assessment of what progress I should expect as my visits occur. The procedure itself is quick and any discomfort during the process has been negligible so far with no after-effects. Overall, this appears to be a very professional business that cares about its patients. The staff represent the brand extremely well and also have a great sense of humour which is always a bonus. Their rates are very reasonable. Next appointments are made automatically at the end of each visit. Highly recommended.
