I had a facial and massage here Memorial Day weekend. I think Dawn was my esthetician and I had a male masseuse, they were both very nice, did a great job. I like how they hold your shoulder as they walk you down the long corridors. The waiting area was relaxing, quiet, calm. The locker rooms are bright though.
They have a nice adults only pool area that was not too crowded.
My problem arose with the lack of service at the pool. Not an attendant in sight. I had to scrounge around the attendant area and find my own towels. Then I sat down and assumed someone would be out shortly to offer water, put up the umbrellas, etc....still NOBODY came out. So I go inside and ask if someone could assist me with ordering food and drinks. My food came out, and was tasty but heavy-not the clean healthy choices I usually associate with a spa.
The worse part is that at 3ish, they said the "Cafe was closing" and I had to go back and retrieve my credit card from the locker room to close out. Apparently the cafe is separate from the spa and pool. This is very inconvenient and totally ruined my experience. After spending 400$ for a massage and facial.
Try Willow Stream spa at the Fairmont is 1000 times better, I would have chosen that spa if I could go back in time.
