| - So, I was really apprehensive about visiting this place after reading some of the reviews. I'm a snob when it comes to animals in enclosures. With that being said, I LOVED this place. Here's our experience.
We arrived around 11:30 AM on a Sunday. Yeah, the parking lot is packed but that's pretty normal for that area. After we parked, we headed in. It's in the mall and what I thought was really neat is they have these little windows that you can look through and get "sneak peeks".
We arrived at the counter and Brian helped us out. He explained everything to us from how the tokens work to annual passes. I was hesitant on the annual passes so I decided to wait until after the experience.
We had a blast! The animals were well cared for, tanks were clean, the people were amazing. The only complaint I can find is they need a better system for buying the fish feed. It's a hassle and if there were stands or something of the sort, it would make the process a lot easier. Other than that, it was amazing.
My absolute FAVORITE part was the Lorikeets enclosure. Soooo much fun. They were so friendly and Kellin was great! He was really friendly and out going.
When we were done, about 2 hours later, we decided that we wanted annual passes! My daughters birthday is coming up so she wants to scuba with the manta rays. She is super excited! Amanda and Margo helped us out getting out annual passes and they were great! Everything went smoothly and we understood everything.
All in all, a fantastic time and worth every penny. We will be going back soon and I can't wait!
