  • Pastor vance is an excellent preacher! His staff members like Stan and few others are horrible. The pastor needs to more directly involve with the greeters leadership. They create division among important members who have work to grow attendance and retain faithful members. Pastor is blind to these situations or to trusting of the staff members. He has no balances and checks on these staff members. If he can get power hungry staff on Sunday to change the church back to simple practices the church was founded on not rude non caring staff. I miss the pastor but not the staff politics. I have found another leader the staff is fine.
