If you want to wait in the drive thru for twenty minutes, then wait another ten more because your order was wrong, then be on your way home to realize your order was wrong again, drive all the way back to get it corrected, then have it still be wrong... this is your place!
I specifically asked for a toasted sesame seed bagel with just ham and bacon for my boyfriend as he can not have eggs or cheese. EACH TIME they remade it (3 times) it still had egg and cheese on it. I don't understand why it was so hard to grasp a simple order.
The only silver lining was Tom, the district manager, was there when I called and offered to not only refund me, but pay for my meal the next time I am there.
For the love of all that is holy, get a new training program for your staff... or a new one who can listen.
