I would give zero stars if I could. I called this morning and explained I took my 96 year old mom in yesterday and needed her hair a little shorter in the back. I told them it was my fault, I asked the girl not to cut it but when we got home we realized it was too long and bothering her. I was told no problem go ahead and bring her in. When arrived I was told that the person Who had originally cut her hair wasn't until Tuesday and since it wasn't because of a mistake on their part the only person that could fix it was the original stylist. She said if they did it today they would have to charge me for a full haircut or I could come back Tuesday. While I understand the need for policy, I also know exceptions can be made. It's also bad customer service to tell me to come in and not disclose this policy prior to me getting a 96-year-old woman dressed, in the car and all the way there to be told I had to come back in two days. I also understand if they had been busy, but there were 4 of them sitting around and not a customer in sight. Extremely poor customer service and a bad attitude on the part of the woman who seemed in charge. I definitely won't be back. They also missed out on a nice tip
