Update: since posting my previous review I have run into some problems that I feel are note-worthy. I am approaching the end of my lease and inquired about staying another year in a different apartment layout. I was initially told that there is no transfer fee and the office staff will update me on availability. Well it's been weeks and no update so I called the front office and was told there is a $400 transfer fee and they aren't able to let me know if an apartment becomes available I would have to "keep calling". Ummm.. no. Not doing that. Sounds like they don't want to keep their units occupied. I am a quiet and on-time paying tenant they should be bending over backwards to keep me here.
Also there have been regular occurrences of tenants allowing their unleashed dogs to roam INSIDE the pool area. I have even seen a dog IN the pool. I have to say I was willing to look past the incredibly slow, contracted Centurylink internet, the dog poop all over the complex, and the occasional water bill discrepancies and just stay here for another year but I will most definitely be relocating. Such a shame!
