  • Chase sales associate was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Other than that our experience was really bad. Not willing to give their lowest "price out the door" Gaves us an interest rate, then changed the interest rate to a lower number in order to sell us a warranty contract. Did not detail the new car. Manager and second sales person that helped with our deal were rude and threw my military id on the table saying that that was not sufficient prove of my service and they needed a copy of my DD214 instead. Its been a full month and im still waiting on plates.
