  • Great company! Our torsion spring had broke on a Monday evening, which was an observed holiday. I checked a local community fb page I am in, and a ton of people had recommended the same guy. I called him twice and left a message. I also asked a friend, who is a HVAC business owner and she provided Joshua Cramer's number as they are on the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce together. I texted him and received a response early the next morning that he had just returned from a weeklong cruise and could come over anytime. He came at 10am, was prompt, and fixed it within an hour without breaking the bank. He had provided an accurate estimate over the phone, and accepted all forms of payment. He is even stopping back over tomorrow to grease the tracks for us, as he didn't have what he needed due to being on vacation and felt bad that he wasn't able to provide that service right then.
