  • The Sunbelt tech was in our home for literally 4 minutes and I have the alarm company log to prove it. The call was for garage door lights, laundry room lights and kids' ceiling fan. When I opened the door to greet him, he told me the light bulbs I was using for the garage were wrong. He took 2 seconds to look at the laundry room lights then told me that those are not covered in my warranty then proceeded to the kids' room to look at the ceiling fan. He took pictures then he said he's got another house in the area to go to. And, this is what I'm being charged $75 for? Nothing!
